Hi, my name is Grace and I utilize a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to treatment. I also provide a warm, judgement free space for clients to feel comfortable during the therapeutic process. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, body image & self-esteem issues, relationships, and other concerns faced by many people. Also, I offer somatic psychotherapy that focuses on the mind, body & spirit relationship, utilizing various therapy techniques to give you a very personal counselling experience. This holistic approach integrates a variety of therapeutic theories with beneficial techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation exercises, mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, to help relieve symptoms and provide you with a unique treatment plan.
